YO YO YO!!!!
Well if you all didn’t already guess, this is Chelsea Kay Faalogo aka “C-FA” Well of course I would get stuck with the travel day because if I had a different day, everyone and they daddy knows that I could go ON & ON & ON!! Anyways, today is Wednesday and it is our travel day once again. We left the beautiful “Land of the White Cloud (New Zealand)” and we have officially arrived in the FAMOUS, BEAUTIFUL, LOVELY island of “the happy people” SAMOA!!!!!!
Well when we took our 3 hour flight from NZ here to Samoa, we all hopped off the plane and were just drenched in sweat haha!! Samoa is very humid, something we’ve never experienced before so we were all excited There we were greeted with a live band and they were singing all the different samoan songs; I fell IN LOVE with Samoa then and there. The workers and people at the airport were all so friendly and have such nice smiles (of course it’s a FULL-blooded Samoan thing ) We were greeted by Elder “Sammy Boy” Atoa and his soa (companion) Elder Mahe. It was so neat to see him here; Elder Atoa is doing great and his Samoan is good too!! I then bought the famous KOKO SAMOA (the koko of the samoans) and then we were off to our houses.
We arrived at Coach’s cousins house Uncle Sam Schwenke; magaia kele lou fale (he has a nice house). We were all starving and so they fed us some Samoan Pizza. Samoan pizza is A LOT different than American pizza; the toppings were: egg, bacon, pineapple, barbecue chicken, corned beef, and many other toppings that you don’t find in any American pizzasyou know how we Samoans can EAT!!!!
We then were split and sent off to our houses, and our partners were: TRICC & Ilikea, Garf & Paki, Lanni & Rae Rae, Linds & Princess, Kat & E-Baby, DADDY CHELs & JC, and the last house had Ling Ling, Jess Endres, Lace, Meagan, & Lyce. Nate-Dogg and Lori (Coach’s wifey) will be joining us here in Samoa tomorrow so were all excited for the new experience in beautiful Samoa!!
Oh yaahSHOUT OUT TO THE LAKERsL.A. ALLL DAY BAYBAY!!
SEKI-A-SAMOA!!!!
